I had a mixed experience at Le Jardin Hotel Haute Couture. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Hanoi's bustling streets, which makes exploring easy. However, some facilities, such as the shower in my room, were not up to par, leading to some frustration. On the bright side, breakfast offered a great mix of Vietnamese and Western options, and I enjoyed the rooftop pool with a lovely view of the city.

The rooms were quite cozy and clean, though I did find mine a bit small. The bathroom was well-stocked but the shower setup left something to be desired.

I appreciated the friendly staff, but the use of loud walkie-talkies early in the morning was a bit disruptive. However, they were attentive and eager to assist during my stay.

The location was excellent, close to many attractions including the night market and West Lake, which I loved exploring. But being in a busy area meant the sidewalks were often used for parking, making it chaotic at times.
